About the Eightfold AI Off Campus Drive 2026 role
The Eightfold AI Off Campus Drive 2026 is hiring an Engineering Intern from the Class of 2026 to work on Eightfold’s AI-powered talent-intelligence platform. As an intern you will build features, work with large-scale data pipelines and machine-learning systems, and ship code that reaches real enterprise customers.
This is a six-month, full-time, in-person internship in Bengaluru with an immediate start, ideal for high-performing students who want deep hands-on experience with modern AI and cloud technology.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build and test software features across the product stack.
- Work with data pipelines and machine-learning workflows on the platform.
- Write clean, well-tested code and take part in code reviews.
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists and product managers.
- Learn and apply cloud, containerisation and big-data tools.
Eightfold AI Off Campus Drive 2026 – eligibility & requirements
To be eligible for the Eightfold AI Off Campus Drive 2026 Engineering Intern role, candidates should meet:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, graduating in 2026.
- CGPA of 8.0 or above.
- Strong programming skills in Python (and familiarity with SQL / Bash).
- Exposure to any of TensorFlow, React, Redux, Apache Spark, Docker or AWS is a plus.
- Available for a full-time, in-person internship in Bengaluru for six months.
Selection process
