Infosys Off Campus Drive 2026 is back with fresh listings for the Specialist Programmer (SP) and Digital Specialist Engineer (DSE) tracks – the two highest-paying fresher roles at Infosys, well above the regular Systems Engineer package. Infosys posted both roles on Naukri on 15 October 2026 with 3,000 openings between them.

Infosys Off Campus Drive 2026 role 1: Specialist Programmer (Trainee)

In the Infosys Off Campus Drive 2026, SPs are core individual contributors who write high-performance, scalable code and build full-stack apps and enterprise platforms, increasingly using AI in software engineering. Infosys lists these technology areas:

• Java microservices – Java/JEE, Spring Boot, Cloud Foundry, Docker.
• Big data & ML – Hadoop HDFS, Hive, Spark, Storm, Kafka, Spark MLlib, Azure ML.
• Functional programming – Scala, Akka, Play.
• Scripting & NoSQL – React, Angular, Express, Node.js, MongoDB, Cassandra.
• DevOps & IoT – Puppet/Chef, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Jira, Maven/Gradle.

Infosys Off Campus Drive 2026 role 2: Digital Specialist Engineer (Trainee)

DSEs handle design, development, validation and support work in line with the architecture. You will read requirements from business analysts, write and review code and unit tests, run functional, integration and system testing, support go-live and respond to production issues. Key skills listed are full-stack development, Java, Python, Scala, AI and machine learning.

Package: ₹6.25 LPA plus a ₹75,000 joining bonus.

Eligibility for Infosys Off Campus Drive 2026

• 2024, 2025 or 2026 pass-outs.
• UG: B.E/B.Tech in any specialisation. PG: M.E/M.Tech, MCA or M.Sc in any specialisation.
• 0–2 years of work experience.
• Strong programming skills – SP in particular expects solid DSA and coding ability.

Infosys Off Campus Drive 2026 selection process (expected)

1. Apply on Naukri and complete any registration form Infosys sends you.
2. Online coding assessment – usually three problems of increasing difficulty (DSA, DP, greedy).
3. Technical interview on DSA, OOP, DBMS, projects and the tech stack you mention.
4. HR interview and level mapping (SP L1/L2/L3 or DSE).
