Aptiv Apprenticeship 2026 – eligibility & requirements
To be eligible for the Aptiv Apprenticeship 2026, candidates should meet:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2025 or 2026 passout – freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing / engineering environment.
- Basic understanding of engineering concepts and manufacturing processes.
- Good communication, teamwork and a positive, problem-solving mindset.
Selection process
The Aptiv Apprenticeship 2026 selection process usually includes a resume and eligibility shortlist, a technical discussion on mechanical engineering and manufacturing fundamentals, and an HR round assessing communication and attitude before the apprenticeship offer.
