About the Aptean Off Campus Drive 2026 role
The Aptean Off Campus Drive 2026 is hiring a passionate, adaptive Engineer, Development – an AI-first “Vibe-Coder” – at its Madurai office. You will work with global teams to debug, optimize and accelerate development across multiple technology stacks in the ERP domain, using AI as a key enabler.
It is a full-time role built for early-career professionals who enjoy experimenting with AI models, solving problems through code and pushing the boundaries of productivity with AI-driven approaches.
Key responsibilities
- Write and debug code in a core programming language (Python, Java, C#, C++ or JavaScript).
- Use AI models and tools to analyse, troubleshoot and optimize software across platforms in the ERP domain.
- Rapidly adapt to different environments and languages (.NET, Java, legacy stacks) with AI assistance.
- Work with databases to support application functionality and performance.
- Harness AI to automate repetitive tasks, boost productivity and elevate code quality.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on product development, testing and maintenance.

To be eligible for the Aptean Off Campus Drive 2026 Engineer, Development role, candidates should meet:
- 0–2 years of experience in software development and working with AI tools (freshers welcome).
- Proficiency in coding and debugging in at least one programming language.
- Hands-on experience with AI models (e.g. GPT, Claude, Gemini).
- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cline, V0, Windsurf); VS Code IDE is mandatory.
