Wipro, one of India’s largest IT services companies with 230,000+ employees, runs the National Talent Hunt as its biggest off-campus gateway for engineering freshers. Unlike drip-feed job postings, the NTH is a single national exam – every eligible graduate across India competes in one window, and shortlisted candidates move to interviews within weeks. Wipro Elite NTH Exam Pattern

• Aptitude Test (~48 min): Quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and verbal ability – standard difficulty, heavy time pressure.
• Written Communication Test (~20 min): One essay of 150–400 words – grammar and structure matter more than vocabulary.
• Coding Round (~60 min): Two programming problems; choose from C, C++, Java or Python. One easy, one moderate – arrays, strings, loops and basic data structures dominate.
