About the Oracle Systems Analyst 2026 role
The Oracle Systems Analyst 2026 opening is with Oracle’s Support organization, where your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle’s customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. You will resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries by phone and electronic means, along with technical questions on using and troubleshooting Oracle’s Electronic Support Services.
As a primary point of contact for customers, you will facilitate customer relationships with Support and advise internal Oracle teams on diverse customer situations and escalated issues – a strong start for freshers who enjoy problem solving and working directly with clients.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers and advocate for their needs.
- Resolve non-technical and technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic channels.
- Interface with the customer’s IT staff regularly, on site or remotely.
- Resolve moderately complex technical problems relating to installation, maintenance, use and repair / workarounds for Oracle products.
- Work with general guidance from senior engineers and management, and independently in some areas.

- Career level IC1 (Individual Contributor) with a graduate degree in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of some Oracle products and at least one supported platform.
