About the Microsoft Internship 2026 program
The Microsoft Internship 2026 program is open across three tracks – Software Engineering, Data Science and Applied Sciences – for students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in India. Interns work on real production systems alongside full-time engineers and scientists, contributing to products used by billions of people worldwide.
All three roles are fully on-site positions based out of Microsoft’s India locations and are part of Microsoft’s global University Intern Program, which runs alongside the academic calendar.
