About the Eaton Off Campus Drive 2026 role
The Eaton Off Campus Drive 2026 is hiring an Engineer – Reliability at its Hadapsar, Pune office. In this role you help make Eaton’s products more reliable – creating and revising Design for Reliability (DFR) deliverables such as reliability goal setting, reliability predictions, Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA), accelerated life tests, reliability demonstration tests and FRACAS for new products and improvements.
It is a full-time, entry-level role ideal for electrical / electronics engineering freshers who enjoy statistics, data analysis and improving product quality at a global power-management company.
Key responsibilities
- Create and revise DFR deliverables – reliability goals, predictions, FMEA, ALT, RDT and FRACAS.
- Analyse field and warranty data into life and failure-rate information.
- Support reliability growth analysis for NPIs, VAVE and existing-product improvements.
- Work with cross-functional design, quality and manufacturing teams.
- Use reliability tools and document methods, results and recommendations.
Eaton Off Campus Drive 2026 – eligibility & requirements
To be eligible for the Eaton Off Campus Drive 2026 Engineer – Reliability role, candidates should meet:
- A B.E / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, Mechanical or a related branch.
- 0 to 1 year of experience (freshers are welcome).
- Knowledge of reliability statistics, FMEA, FTA, 8D and FRACAS.
- Exposure to reliability tools such as Minitab or ReliaSoft is preferred.
- Interest in electrical / electronics systems, power electronics (inverters / converters) and power systems is desired.
